The Friends of the Tamarac Branch Library

was organized in October of 2004,
and is a chapter of the Friends of Broward County Library.
The Friends is a non-profit 501c3 organization as defined by the US Government for tax purposes to promote, publicize, and support the Library.

We are a coalition of individuals dedicated to increasing public awareness and use of the Library, as well as to support its many programs in research, education, and public service.

If you have:

• borrowed books, movies or music
• browsed in the Book Store
• enjoyed a library program, concert or exhibit
• attended our book sales
• sought a librarian's expertise
